  • This guarantee cannot be invoked for any late delivery of an order, which results from carriage delays outside of our control. I.E: delays that occur after we have passed any timed parcel, onto the carrier of the package. Claims for delays outside of a carriers timed service, may need to be made directly with the carrier, either by us, or in some cases, dependant on their Terms and Conditions of Carriage, the claim may need to be submitted by you, as the recipient. We will investigate any delays accordingly and keep you informed on progress and results.

Returns & Replacements

However in short, we are happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery, any product that is purchased and returned to us, in its original resaleable condition, whatever the reason. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds, where the return is due to our error, or the material/product is deemed to be faulty. Terms and Conditions apply relating to the return of all goods where there is no fault or blameworthy error, these include and are not limited to a handling charge and/or re-stocking fee. Ordering

We have endeavoured to make the ordering process, quick, easy and user-friendly. When you have successfully checked out and paid for your goods, you will receive from us, a confirmation email containing, the following:

  • Your Order Summary
  • Your Delivery Details

If you submitted a mobile telephone number at the time of placing your order we will also confirm these details by text message, which is delivered free of charge.

Logging into your account, will allow you to see your recent orders, account information, address book, newsletter subscription etc.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept most methods of payment, including Credit/Debit Card Payments and PayPal. Cheque or BACS payments can be accepted by prior authorisation only. We do not accept cash payments. 

Our pricing features a tiered structure, based on quantity reductions. We aim to keep our prices as competative as possible. Trade accounts are available for qualifying customers who regularly purchase in bulk and wholesale quantites. Bespoke pricing may be available for these customers and if you feel you may qualify you should contact us with your trade enquiry.

From time to time we offer promotions, offering discount or free shipping. These offers are redeemed using a coupon/discount code that we provide to newsletter subscribers and opted in customers. To qualify for these offers and discounts, you must be subscribed to our newsletter and you can do this during the registration process, or by logging into your account and updating your subscripton, within the relevant area.

We try to ensure, that prices displayed on the website and quotations provided to customers, are accurate and correct. However, we reserve the right to change prices, without prior notification. We aim to ensure all information is correct, E&OE.

Viewing Orders

It's easy to check the status of your order. Just visit your account by signing in with your email address and password, created at the time of your first order. Within your account you will see a summary of any orders placed. If you did not register for an account, at the time of placing your order and opted instead to 'checkout' as a 'guest', you will be unable to log into the site or see details on our website of your previous orders. However, you will have received at the time of placing your order an email containing details of your purchase(s).

If you would like for us to create you an account, using the details from your non-registered order, simply call us, or send us an email, quoting your order number and email address, and we will convert your order into a fully fledged account. This process is quick and easy, and will save you a lot of time and effort when returning to the site to place future orders.

Updating Account Information

Please ensure that you check your account information is up-to-date and current, prior to placing every order. If you return to the site and choose to checkout, but your information is either out-of-date or invalid, this may result in delays with your order, or worst case scenario, your order going astray. In either of these instances piggyPowerbatteries.com cannot be held responsible, for the reimbursement, or replacement of any payments or products.

Once you enter your login information, you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen, follow the navigation menu to change your details, under the heading “My Account”.

To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.

To change your billing or shipping address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.

To subscribe or unsubscribe to the piggyPower newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
